In an office setting it can be hard to know where the business casual lines start and end. What becomes too casual and what becomes too business? At least for me it can be hard to find the perfect medium especially when I'm meeting friends afterwards and don't have time to change. I think I'm luckier than most because most days my office can be more on the casual spectrum of business casual so I don't get in trouble for my outfits, but for others I'm sure the story is different. My go to is one colorful piece and one neutral piece mixed with comfy flats or awesome pair of heels!

I love the contrast of the black and white on this sweater and how it goes with any of my colors pants. Also if you want to dress it up a little more for the office throw on a great blazer and you're all set!

Mini road trips are the best! It doesn't take too much time and can make for an awesome day with friends. It also doesn't hurt when the weather decides to cooperate with your plans and break the cold cycle just for the day. Walking along the water and taking in all the sights on the boardwalk is my idea of a great afternoon!

Number one tip for road trips from a friend: Always wear a cute but comfortable outfit!

With the weather being a tad bit colder than I'd like it to be, I think back on the weekend where the weather was warm and sunny. Just like the commercial I keep seeing on TV says, "Not everday can be a sunny one!"

Another amazing weekend with amazing weather! I gets me so excited for beach days and road trips. This is definitely my favorite time of the year, except Christmas of course. There are so many plans going through my head to do this spring/summer and I am overly excited to start checking things off my list!

With Spring on full blast this week I have been drooling over pastel colors, florals, and nudes. I'm so excited about this warm weather and all the bright colored designs out there. Spring and summer are always my favorite seasons for clothes. All the colors are happy and vibrant; it makes my day that much better!!

This weekend was amazing! The weather was perfect and beautiful. I spent most of the time outside enjoying the fresh air and the Cherry Blossom Festival. I can't not wait for the weather to consistently be that beautiful.

The little things are usually the best and same goes for my clothes. The first time I saw these pants I thought oh cute little triangles, but when I got a closer look I saw they were little moths. That right there is probably what sold me on buying them.

Easter is always a great time with the family and this year the weather made it even better. Every year the outfits are full of bright colors and patterns. I just love dressing for this holiday, but love the company of loved ones even more!

For me potlucks are the best way to celebrate Easter after church, because you're able to hang out with people you love and grub on some delicious food!

You know those lazy days where you have to go outside because you have errands to run or you have to pick something up or have an appointment, but you don't want to do anything until the last second? That was me, but of course I don't want to go outside looking crazy so I grab my easy go to's! A cute top, usually patterned, jeans, boots or chucks depending on weather, and sometimes a layering piece like my vest. Throw on some earrings and maybe a necklace and BOOM you are done getting ready in about five minutes.
